Yes. Weather and safety permitting, children enjoy daily outdoor play and exploration, supporting their physical development, well-being, and natural curiosity.

The safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We maintain secure facilities, follow strict health and safety protocols, conduct regular emergency drills, and ensure our staff receive ongoing training in child safety and emergency preparedness.

If a child becomes ill or is injured, we will provide appropriate care, notify a parent or guardian promptly, and follow our health policies regarding pickup and return to school.

We promote healthy habits through regular handwashing, routine cleaning and sanitization, health screenings when appropriate, and adherence to state health guidelines to help maintain a healthy learning environment.

Our Family Handbook outlines important policies regarding enrollment, attendance, health and safety, tuition, daily routines, and other school expectations. Families receive access to the handbook upon enrollment.

Our policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for every child, family, and staff member. They help ensure our school community operates smoothly while supporting each child's well-being and learning.

If we make significant updates to our policies, we will communicate them promptly through email and our parent communication platform, and provide an updated version of the Family Handbook

We believe families are our partners in learning. Parents receive regular updates through our communication platform, classroom newsletters, conferences, and ongoing conversations with teachers.

Absolutely. We welcome family involvement through special events, classroom celebrations, volunteer opportunities, and other activities that help strengthen our school community.

Our teachers and leadership team maintain an open-door approach. We encourage parents to reach out at any time so we can work together to support each child's growth and success.
These are concise, warm, and reinforce one of Seedpod Academy's core values - that education is a partnership between school and home.
